If you participate in the following assistance programs, these are the documents needed.

Customers subscribing will need the following (account can be canceled at any time, there is no contract):

Online account login credentials with the current utility or create one.

Need to provide date of birth to prove to be over 18 years old.

Need a soft credit check.

Need bank account routing and account numbers or credit card information.
