In addition to Nautilus Solar, you will remain a customer of your current utility. And as a subscriber, you’ll get access to the energy we produce for less. 

LOW-INCOME ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

If you participate in the following assistance programs, these are the documents needed.

  • Medicaid - ID Card front and back, or Letter of Award/ Acceptance

  • SSI, Supplemental Security Income - ID Card front, Letter of Acceptance, Bill or statement with your name

  • TANF, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - ID card front, Letter of Acceptance, Bill or statement with your name

  • WIC, Women, Infants, and Children Special Supplemental Nutrition Program - ID card front, Letter of Acceptance, Bill or statement with your name.

  • SNAP, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Letter of Award/Acceptance

  • LIHEAP, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program - ID card front, Letter of acceptance, Energy bill with your name.

  • IHWAP, Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program - Letter of Award/Acceptance

  • HUD Voucher, Housing and Urban Development - Letter of Award/Acceptance

  • HUD Rental Assistance - Letter of Award/Acceptance

  • Multi-Family Energy Efficiency - Documentation of participation from your utility

  • Veterans Disability or Survivors Pension - Letter of Acceptance, Statement with your name

  • FCC Lifeline Support, Federal Communications Commission, discounted phone service - FCC Lifeline Support

  • USDA National School Lunch Program, United States Department of Agriculture - Letter of Acceptance, Bill or statement with your name

Customers subscribing will need the following (account can be canceled at any time, there is no contract):

  • Online account login credentials with the current utility or create one.

  • Need to provide date of birth to prove to be over 18 years old.

  •  Need a soft credit check.

  • Need utility bill.

  • Need bank account routing and account numbers or credit card information.

  • Need LMI documentation.
