We do have once a month our monthly training meetings on the second Wednesday of every month from 10 am to 1 pm. Attendance can be done in person or virtually and is not mandatory, it is optional.
Solar Consultants choose the topics they want to learn from the instructors.
SOLAR CONSULTANT

With experience or without the solar sales career start as a Solar Consultant. You will have an instructor who will teach you everything you need to know.
As a Sales Consultant you provide the prospects and we teach you how to make them a client.
SOLAR SPECIALIST

Once you learn how to complete a sale on your own, you become a Solar Specialist, and no longer need the assistance of an instructor.
You decide when to transition from Solar Consultant to Solar Specialist. You can do this as quickly as one sale or as often as you need.
THREE STEPS SALES PROCESS

Our proprietary sales process can be completed in 20 minutes.
The first step is the proposal, sent to the customer and Sales Consultant in less than 3 minutes.
The second step is applying for a loan or a lease. If cash, there is no second step.
The third step is signing the contract.
COMMISSIONS

Solar Consultants and Solar Specialists are Independent Contractors, with no salary. Commission schedule can be adjusted by experience, by whether it is a loan or a lease, and by the size of the system being sold.
IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL SALES

You and your prospect can decide whether to conduct the sales process in person or virtually. If you and your prospect prefer, you can do the whole process remotely or virtually.
RIGHT TIME RIGHT PLACE

Illinois just became the best state in the country for solar. Many states are cutting or eliminating solar programs. In Illinois, we are enhancing them. Your job is to spread the message and teach the public about solar power's personal and collective benefits.
